Hi, I’m Carla, a BANT-registered nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health, with a particular interest in perimenopause, menopause, metabolic health, and healthy ageing. I offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle support, working with women one-on-one and in groups to help them feel energised, manage their weight, and reconnect with their best selves.
