After completely renovating 5 holiday flats we turned them into 6 modern serviced accommodation apartments with remote locks, wifi, with remote controlled heating system with each apartment having smart tv's. Below are some traditional pictures of Blackpool with some of the developments taking place. Added together the investment in the town is over £2bn from a conference centre, hi tech centre to increasing college space as part of the Unversity of Lancashire. Also exploring opportunities in Kent developing an HMO portfolio. In scaling up my portfolio happy to work with like minded people on joint venture or investor deals.
