In a world that feels increasingly chaotic and uncertain, it’s natural that many of us no longer feel emotionally safe.

And when we don’t feel safe, our insecurities surface, not always in ways we’re proud of.
We overthink. We people-please. We withdraw. We self-abandon.

These reactions are not personality flaws.
They are survival strategies.

Your nervous system learned:
“Stay safe by staying small.”
“Be loved by not being a burden.”
“Be accepted by being useful.”

And those patterns don’t stay in childhood.
They follow us into:

  • Relationships

  • Work

  • Money

  • Fertility

  • Boundaries

This is why affirmations alone often don’t work.
You don’t need more positive thinking, you need the subconscious pattern to change.

That is the real work.

So I’ll ask you:
Where are you on this journey? How are you showing up for yourself right now?

Warmly,
Aurore
