With IR35 looming in April 2020, there is a lot of talk and speculation in regard to it.
In a recent tribunal case, a radio show host has won his IR35 appeal, making it another defeat for HMRC.
For this particular case, the tribunal found in favour of the presenter on the grounds that there was no obligation on the radio show to provide work.
