Hello my me1 blog readers, I do hope this month’s blog reaches you well! The title of the monthly blog is ‘Know your worth’ as in this modern day world we are constantly being pushed left and right pulled to do so many things , deadlines, proven yourself or work you do re- applying for a job you just had last week….etc the list goes on. However all this show and prove helps you , US , I can be more capable to confidently show and share with others the GREAT WORK OR THINGS YOU HAVE DONE, ACHIEVED OR CAN DO, This month ME1 has had its fair share of having to ‘know its worth’ with
- Finance accounting submissions
- End of project reports and evaluations
- Assessments and Action plan writing for Life coaching programmes
- Working alongside ME1 Volunteers to complete their portfolio folders (evidencing tasks and work undertook or skills gained with Me1.
As an small business Me1 like many other businesses face everyday challenges this month has involved
- Staff leaving
- new staff starting
- Chasing finances, Finding finances for day to day bills
- Work life balance
- Technology not working correctly
- Not enough Time … lots of things to do
Completed Projects ‘Road 2 Adult Livin’ Project, Funded by Eastland Homes, Manchester is finally finished @ The Beeches 6 on the week programme group of females 16-25 who are living independently we had great engagement and feedback from girls ‘ it helps young people growing into adulthood, cause now I know what I need to achieve’,.
