Don't Fear the Employment Changes

Don't Fear the Employment Changes

Don't Fear the Employment Changes.  Every April, the same thing happens.

HR inboxes fill up. Scary subject lines land. Everyone acts like the grim reaper is coming for your contracts.

Here's the thing — if you're already running a people-first organisation, they are probably just here to hand you a gold star.

From 6 April 2026 there are 6 changes on your radar — day-one rights, sick pay, wages, whistleblowing, a new enforcement body, and one to get ahead of before 2027.

Some need a quick policy check. Some you're already nailing. None of them need to be scary.

I've pulled it all into a free plain-English one-pager. No scythe. No drama. Just what you need to know and what (if anything) you need to do.  To grab a copy of the free one-pager just go to my website.
