BT Openreach Legacy Service Price Increases – Switch Now to Avoid Higher Costs

BT Openreach has announced three scheduled price hikes to legacy services throughout 2026, aimed at encouraging customers to transition to modern digital solutions. These increases will take effect in April, July, and October, culminating in a 100% rise in legacy service costs by October 2026, compared to November 2025 rates.
Services Impacted:

• Analogue Lines – including business single/multi-lines and specialist services like lift lines
• ISDN – connections terminating to legacy phone systems
• Internet/Connectivity – ADSL and FTTC services
• Phone/Voice Services – any services dependent on legacy lines or internet infrastructure
