Its time I introduced myself
I have been a part go this community for a little while, but today feels like the right moment to properly show up, and I am glad I waited, because today I am officially launching Shaurum Design Haus.
Shaurum is a boutique home staging and styling studio based in London and Kent, and it has been a long time coming.
I founded Shaurum because I believe the UK property market is underserved by staging. Here, it's still treated as optional. In the US and Australia, it's standard practice and the data backs it up: staged homes sell up to 30% faster and command higher offers than their unstaged equivalents.
But beyond the numbers, staging is really about emotion. Buyers don't buy square footage. They buy how a home makes them feel. My job is to make sure that feeling is undeniable from the moment someone opens the listing.
What we do:
→ Staging to Sell: vacant or lived-in properties, prepared for photography, viewings and sale
→ Staging to Rent: short-term, long-term and serviced apartments styled to maximise yield
I bring expertise in colour theory, furniture placement and the art of creating spaces that move people and move properties.
If you're an estate agent, developer or investor working on mid-to-high value properties in London or Kent, I'd love to connect.
What does staging mean to your business? I'd genuinely like to know.
